Peter Accetta, MD, FAAD

Dr. Accetta is Board-certified in dermatology. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology as well as the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

As a graduate of Fordham University and the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, he continues to serve as a Voluntary Clinical Associate Professor in their Department of Dermatology.

While Dr. Accetta enjoys all aspects of dermatology practice, he takes special interest in general dermatologic surgery and skin cancer management. He offers expertise in photodynamic therapy (Blu Light PDT) for precancerous skin conditions. In the cosmetic dermatology arena, you can count on Dr. Accetta for removal of moles, sun spots, and keratoses; Botox and Juvéderm injectable anti-aging therapies; and treatment of spider veins.

Dr. Accetta and his wife Lynn have enjoyed more than three decades together and have two grown daughters. The doctor is an accomplished photographer, often documenting the families travel and outdoor recreation.

Emily Gottstein, PA-C

Emily Gottstein, PA-C

Emily graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology’s Physician Assistant program in 2003. She is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Bringing more than a decade of surgical experience to the Orchard Park Dermatology office, Emily regularly performs excisions of skin cancers and abnormal moles.

She is dedicated to educating patients on skin cancer prevention, and patients trust Emily’s cosmetic experience for beautifully natural results, without surgery.

Samantha Gomolka, PA-C

Samantha Gomolka, PA-C

Samantha Gomolka is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who was born and raised in the Buffalo area.  She obtained her MS in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Kentucky and began her medical career in 2013. Samantha practiced Pediatrics and Gastroenterology for five years before joining Orchard Park Dermatology.

Samantha is an enthusiastic member of our team and is dedicated to providing great care for her patients. She prides herself on explaining topics thoroughly and clearly to each and every patient. Samantha’s interests include skin cancer screening, surgical biopsies, infectious disease, and other common skin ailments.

Outside of work she enjoys being a parent, the great outdoors, and is a food connoisseur.

Julie Kellerman, PA-C

Julie Kellerman, PA-C

Julie earned her master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Daemen College and is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants. Julie has experience in women’s health as well as dermatology. Areas of expertise include skin cancer screenings and treatment with an emphasis on patient education.

When not in the office Julie is a full-time mom to four young children and she and her husband are long-time season ticket holders for the Buffalo Bills. “GO BILLS”
