The following payments are expected in full at the time of service:
- Insurance co-payments (copays) for insured patients
- Self-pay amount for uninsured patients
- Non-covered procedures
- Aesthetics & Cosmetics services & products
- Deductible Deposits for regular appointment and surgery appointment
Missed Appointments:
Please be aware that patients who miss appointments or do not cancel within 24 hour notice will be charged a fee: $75.00 for a regular appointment, $150.00 for a cosmetic appointment.
Payment Options:
Orchard Park Dermatology accept cash, check or credit cards. (Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express) Co-payments and Deductible Deposits are payable at the time of service. You can also make a payment through the portal by clicking the ‘Make a Payment’ button.
