The cold, dreary winter blues may be almost to an end, so with this being said it may be time for all of us to do some extra moisturizing to quench our skin's thirst, due to the havoc that these chilly temperatures have played on our skin. By moisturizing skin every day, you will look and feel younger, now who doesn't want that?!?

Here are a few tips I recommend when it comes to hydrating your skin: 

1. Avoid hot showers and limit shower time, this dehydrates your skin even more, while removing oils from your skin 

2. Avoid strong soaps and fragranced lotions- these also strip the natural oils from your skin

3. Pat dry after your shower or bath- this allows for some moisture to still remain on your skin 

4. Apply your lotion or cream right after the shower when your skin is still damp

Follow these tips and your skin will drink it up!
