Kybella, the new injectable treatment to dissolve double chins is both safe and effective for the right patients. Ideal patients should not be very overweight nor should they be elderly with sagging skin.

Here is a simple test you can do at home to determine if Kybella might work for you.

Stand in front of the mirror and simultaneously pull the corners of your mouth down and thrust you chin forward. You should feel the muscles on the front and sides of your neck tense up. Next press the thumb and forefingers of one hand against the front neck muscle like pincers. Now see if you can pinch a pad of fat which will bulge between your thumb and forefinger. That is the pad of fat that Kybella permanently dissolves!

Only a doctor can determine for sure if you’re an ideal candidate for this treatment. So schedule a FREE consultation and let’s find out.

The skin around your eyes is the most sensitive and can easily react to things like salt intake, crying and lack of sleep.

My favorite trick to help with puffy eyes is to keep my eye cream in the refrigerator. Then when I apply it (usually morning and night) it gives me a nice cooling sensation around my eyes along with hydration from my eye cream.

Also, drink lots of water or tea, it can help decrease that eye puffiness through diuresis

Lastly, If you are really puffy you can apply some preparation H cream to the under eyes to provide temporary relief of puffiness.

We all dress for the weather. But to really protect yourself from the weather, most forget about one thing: your skin.

All area’s climate can affect the skin all over your body. It can cause acne breakouts to itchy dry patches. Extremes in weather, both hot and cold, can exacerbate some existing skin conditions or even cause new ones.

No matter the weather, skin should always be a main concern. Exposure to sunlight is one of the major causes of wrinkles and premature aging, as well as, skin cancer.

Protect your skin. Wear sunscreen each and every day!
